Miscellaneous Purchase for Vendors

I and any attendee and/or crew member including all minors who accompany me or who are otherwise attending or participating in the Antique & Classic Boat Society (ACBS) Festival at my invitation, hereby waive any claim for injury to person, boat or personal property for any damage that might occur due to my attendance and/or participation. Either personally or through the use of my boat, personal property or equipment in the function known as the ACBS Festival to be held at the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum in St. Michaels, Maryland. I agree to hold harmless the ACBS, the Chesapeake Bay Chapter of the ACBS, the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum, and all other sponsors of this event, their employees, agents and volunteer assistants for any injury or loss resulting directly from the negligent acts or omissions of said sponsors, employees, agent volunteers or others connected with the ACBS Festival.
